Every year we seem to outdo the previous year in terms of pulling in recruits.  I just hope we can retain Oats long term.

... Marist, Wagner, Stony Brook, Rutgers, Fordham all have representation on the show today too...

Even Maritime College made it on.

It is not.  Marist, Wagner, Stony Brook, Rutgers, Fordham all have representation on the show today too.  Do not see UAlbany, UB, Cornell, Colgate, Columbia. Though I imagine Columbia is on there I just haven't seen them yet.

Rutgers is even on a rival network today(BTN), yet their Knight is on camera dancing around.

How many UB alums are there in NYC?
GCD has nothing to do with TV rights. They go to games all the time that are featured on stations other than ESPN.

Every FBS school in the country seems to have representation on Gameday in NYC except for the only school in FBS that actually represents the state of NY. The Syracuse Orange is dancing around Times Square on national TV while Victor E Bull is MIA. Yet another athletic department marketing fail in the post Danny White era.

Could it be because Syracuse is on ESPN2 today and UB is not on an ESPN cable channel?

Quote from: Buffalonian on NYBI
"Why dont they get any support from the community?"  "Wheres the community support"  Why?  Ill give you one reason, they just bastardized themselves to New York City, thats why.

Why should anyone in NYC give a crap about the University at Buffalo?

Because many of us who live in New York City went to UB!!!!!

College GameDay is in NYC this Saturday morning. Would be cool if there were some local alumni show up there in UB gear. Maybe even hold up "Buffalo is New York's college team" or similiar signs.

Would have gone to it, but decided to go to UB game in person.
