not a ton of information, but looks like he is a 6'2" 190 lb Safety played at Fullerton Juco with other potential D-1 college bound players.
More information would be nice.

They dont have much on rivals about him either. Good size and 4.4 speed sounds great

Coaching staff certainly seems to like going the JUCO route. That tells me, along with the QB transfer, that the staff is playing to win next  year. They are not "settling" for a rebuild year.
