Looking ugly now. Good game though - hung tough most of the game with some great athletes.

Though game. We didn't shoot well and we were out matched athletically. Great job by our boys. Excited for this team's return next year

We played hard and we played well. Came within just a few points for a good portion of the game. Next year will be stellar. Historic run of the bulls this year, horns up.

Amazing run. Definitely a season to remember. I can’t wait for next year - I’m thinking I’m going to have to drive up to get my son to his first game.

I am so proud of these guys and the coaching staff.  Really jazzed about next year.

Now let’s really get behind the football team!

Didn't hit some shots when we really needed them, but Kentucky shot well and hit them when they needed them.

Kentucky has a lot of talent, as usual.

A tough, tough game. Kentucky looked like a faster more athletic team than Arizona. We would of had to shoot lights out again. I think we made only 7 3 pointers and were really beat off the dribble and in the paint. But we never gave up and fought to the end. Thanks to the entire team for an exciting season with many exciting moments all year. Let us know when UB will be arriving back in Buffalo. I only hope Calipari shows some humility but I am not holding my breath. Thanks again and Go Bulls!!!

Wow, those guys were athletic.

Gabriel hitting threes was a killer.
After Clark got hurt, he was just not the same. And I think he ran out of gas. Going to really miss him. He was so good.

I thought we could keep them in front but they were just too good.

Great job by Caruthers who kept Knox in check. The other kids killed us.

Kentucky a pretty tough match. Except for Clark and Massinburg, we just didn't shoot well enough. Really had no answer for their domination down low. Glaring deficiency in post...don't envision any improvement in that respect next year given our recruits. Still, what a great season! If Oats and crew stick around for a few more years and we can get back to the dance next year, the program can hopefully get to the next rung. Go Bulls! Thanks for a memorable year!

What a pleasure to read all these comments!

My hat is off to Nate, staff and the players. What a ride! Congratulations and Bravo to them. Thank you and heartfelt appreciation to each of them for their amazing dedication, hard work and discipline.

Tough game today. It was certainly winnable. We just needed to play a bit better outside of Wes and CJ, both of whom were terrific. Harris just couldn't find his range today. Carruthers was a defensive stud. What a joy it is to watch him dig all the time. Jordan didn't have a great game, but he was all effort so no complaints here. Perk just overmatched inside, where I wish he would have played more. Ikenna got off to a nice start. Good to see him have some success.

Congrats to Kentucky. They will be a tough out. It would have been nice to shut Bilas up, but it wasn't meant to be in this day.

And thanks to all the fans here. It has been a great ride reading your comments, seeing your enthusiasm and, at times, debating various points of discussion.

In the end Kentucky always hit a shot when they needed it.  We didn't.

Still, great season.

I’m still not sure what I just witnessed with Kentucky.  Maybe I’m giving Buffalo too much credit but Kentucky looks legit. I basically saw this game as a 12 vs 5 but that was not a 5 seed. They looked like one of the best teams in the tourney. They did not make any freshmen mistakes. I thought if we made a run which we did in the second half they would make mistakes. They didn’t.  They kept coming. They were relentless.

One thing I realized watching these games: if we want to hang with these guys, we might need to learn some zone. Our identity is man, but we might need to switch things up once in a while. I don’t think it would have mattered because Kentucky was really good. I would guess that was a very good game from them. We needed them to play average and unfortunately they had it going.

Clark is going to be hard to replace. We might not need him to win the MAC, but boy did he carry us tonight. Without him, I think we lose by 40.

I really also hope Smart will come back. You need big bodies against these p5 teams.

Perkins needs to alter his shot. I’m really surprised that he’s still shooting the same way from outside. He either needs to add more arc or he should not shoot those late in games. I know he hit a big one in the MAC tourney. I hate to say it but that was one of those no no no yes.
