This podcast is OUTSTANDING!!!! This is a must listen for every UB fan, administrator etc. It provides an in depth look into Nate's coaching background and the type of person he is. We have all been impressed by the results. You will be even more impressed with the man after you finish listening. I am even more convinced that we would be hard pressed to find anyone better suited to lead UB Men's Basketball than Nate.

I'm sure Felisha has a similar story.

What a great listen.
What I really love is his honesty.  He's honest at half time on national TV.  He's honest in interviews.
We have a real gem.
His dialogue on race is so good and really funny.  The two coaches talking about race in a good way, but it's honest dialogue.  They're trying not to say something that can be taken wrong and that fine line is what's so funny.

He's still friends with Danny White.  Oh oh, I hope UCF keeps winning.  On Danny White.  What a bold move by him.  He just went with his gut and led.  He left us a great gift in Oats and Jack.  Hopefully, Leipold is another gem.  We'll find out this year.
